ReSeM was founded in August of 2005 by a group of the outdoor advertising specialists. In the beginning of its operations a production of retail equipment and cabinet furniture was put in place, which had very minimal technical facilities. Eventually, by acquiring new equipment, expanding the variety of manufactured articles and services provided, the company founders managed to succeed in attracting steady customers and in expanding production capacities.
During the first three years of operation the organization could add to its existing area of expertise a full-scale production of outdoor advertisement along with following sectors:
design bureau;
outdoor advertisement and retail equipment design and engineering teams;
metal works and welding site, powder coating site, milling site, assembling site, and adhesion and bonding site, in the Outdoor advertisement production department;
sawing site, edge treatment site, paint site, and assembly site in the Retail equipment production department;
the department of supplies and preproduction;
service and operations department;
department of permits and legalisation.
Production floor area grew up to 5000 square meters, the number of employees increased manyfold, and implemented projects essentially got more sophisticated. Projects and orders for large and massive objects such as commercial areas and business centers came along, in fact, works on some of them required climbing works and electric works clearance. Due to collaborative effort with several professional training centers the personnel skill set, and workmanship constantly have been increasing, which gave the company an opportunity to operate on critically complicated and highly essential sites.
In addition, design projects for treatment of retail store chains and client branches for the customers from all over the Russian Federation. In the beginning there were the cities with population over a million of citizens, such as St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Volgograd, Ufa, and others, but later the geography of the sites essentially expanded, covering the territory of Russia in whole, from Kaliningrad all the way to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Several export jobs were performed for the neighboring countries.
