ReSeM is an outdoor advertising media and retail equipment and fixtures manufacturer. Founded in 2005. Company business spectrum ranges from complex and advanced projects to commercial area arrangements, from design to planning and production, to assembling and state approval.
Outdoor advertising line includes the production of light boxes, three-dimensional letters, roof installations, entrance groups, porch overhangs, pylons, interior navigation design, and point of sale elements. As well as production of structures from composite materials such as Alucobond, Dibond, Alupanel e.g., and production of entrance groups and building facades outer lining.
Retail equipment and fixtures line includes the production of displays, racks, reception stands, merchandise counters, custom and unconventional office furniture, office dividers, upholstered furniture, and other types of interior and decorative items made to order. As well as production of articles made from plywood, laminated chip boards, MDF, glass, aluminum and steel profiles, stainless steel, and brass.
Main areas of company expertise are:
- design layouts of advertisement media (advertising entrance and doorway groups).
- secondary advertisement structures (POS/ POP elements, Hotel-Restaurant-Catering elements, also known as HoReCa).
- production of displays, counters, stands and other types of interior elements.

Currently ReSeM has the following production units and sites:
OUTDOOR ADVERTISING MEDIA PRODUCTION
- Metal works and welding site – is completed with metal works and welding equipment KEMPPI (4 stations including Argon Arc Welding) designated for welding and processing articles of any metals (stainless steel, Aluminum, ferrous materials), for any types of structures manufacturing, starting with simple pipe metal frames to complex advertisement installations made for roofs, façades and entrance groups of the budlings.
- Sheet metal processing site is equipped with guillotine shears DURMA, NC bending press YANGLI, laser stations IPG for metal layouts (3 by 1,5 meters), TP hydraulic press DURMA, spot welding stations.
- Milling site is equipped with CNC routers MULTICAM, PRECIX with working area 4 by 2 meters for treating of any kind of sheet materials (plastics, polystyrene, aluminum alloys and composite panels, brass, resin glass, wood, MDF, plywood, polymeric foam, foam board and others).
- Powder coating site is equipped with 2 automatic and 1 semiautomatic powder sputtering and polymerization chambers, powder sputtering equipment NORDSON, GEMA, ELSTAR.
- Full color printing shop is equipped with full color wide format printer MIMAKI JV-33-160 (1.6 m wide, 720-1440 dpi), delivers printing on any types of roll materials, equipment for automatic welding and postprint treatment LEISTER, robotic laminating machine EXCELAM 1600 mm.
- Assembly area is designated for manual assembly of advertisement structures, for conducting works with acrylic materials, PVC plastics, composite materials panels, aluminum profiles, and with other materials used for production of outdoor advertisement and POS/POP elements.
- Adhesion and bonding site is designated for cutting and pasting of vinyl cut-outs onto assembled structures. Equipped with 2 GRAPHTEC plotters with media area up to 1.6 m, robotized production line COLORS 2.0 meters wide.
- 3D printing shop is equipped with 3D printers with the solid parts printing capabilities sized up to 500x500x500 mm. Possible production of large sized, over 2 m, elements by simultaneous printing of several segments with further joining them with applying cold pressure welding.
RETAIL EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES PRODUCTION
- Sawing and edgebanding shop is equipped with CNC machining center HOLZ-HER PRO-MASTER (Austria) with 3 interpolating axis and machining XYZ directions 4.0 x 1.7 x 0.4 m. For MDF, laminated chip boards and other material processing; Altendorf f45 sliding table saw that can cut various sheet materials with high precision and accuracy; 2 edge banders SCM Olimpic k400 (automatic line with 2 different radii).
- Adhesion and bonding site allows to conduct the applying of veneer, decorative and paper-based plastic laminates, such as HPL, CPL onto chip boards, plywood, MDF and other surfaces.
- Paint site allows to conduct varnish painting of any articles made from MDF, plywood, laminated chip boards, and other materials, sized up to 2.5 x 2.0 x1.5 m, used in production of retail equipment and furniture.
- Retail equipment assembling site is equipped with necessary electric and pressurized air tools allowing the assembly of articles made from laminated chip boards, plywood and MDF. Besides allowing the production of conventional framework structures, the shop gives the opportunity to make the structures made from metal profiles modular systems (JOKER, UNO, TRITIX and other), as well as the frameworks made from aluminum profiles such as EUROSHOP, DUKO, and based on wire systems ARMSTRONG, MEGA 3000, SPINO, INFO and others.
INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR ADVERTISING AND RETAIL FIXTURES STRUCTURES
- Assembly site consists of mobilized crews equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment (power generators, welding tools, scaffolding sets, block-and-tackle systems) meant for installation of prefabricated structures outdoor and inside of the commercial areas. Third party contractors may be outsourced for conducting the installations of high level of complexity (works at heights or installations conducted in the regions of the Russian Federation).
Beginning its operations in 2005 the company took a high ranked position in the Moscow and Russian market of production of outdoor advertisement and retail equipment and fixtures. As of today, the installation crews have travelled to all the regions of the Russian Federation, from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and accomplished several chain projects for corporate clients all over the country.
